We will meet either once a week or once every two weeks (bi-weekly) for sessions.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes, but we can discuss scheduling 30 or 60 minute sessions as needed.

Price is based on the amount of time in session.

30 minutes: $90

45 minutes: $120

60 minutes: $150

15 minute parent consultation (outside of session): $30

If you cannot afford these prices please reach out to inquire about my sliding scale prices.

While therapy can be a financial commitment, it is an investment in your future. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and stick with them for long term success!

Insurances I accept currently:

  • Tufts (Commercial plans)
  • United Behavioral Health (UBH) / United Healthcare (UHC) / Optum
  • Mass General Brigham Health Plan (formerly AllWays Health Partners)
  • Harvard Pilgrim

I am currently working to expand the list of insurances that I accept. Please contact me and I can verify if I am planning to accept your insurance in the future.

I also accept Self-pay or Out-of-Network coverage.

Even if I don’t accept your insurance, you can still get your insurance to pay for your sessions using Out-of-Network coverage. You will pay me directly for sessions and I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for your reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that your plan includes Out-of-Network benefits. 

Additionally, I can accept payment via Health Spending Account (HSA).

My office hours are Monday-Wednesday. I am currently booking Telehealth sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays. The time slots that I have available change regularly so it is best to contact me directly and we can find a time that works well for you.

You need to be physically in the state of Massachusetts during our sessions.

Sessions will be conducted via video call. You will need a phone, tablet, or computer with a microphone, camera, and stable internet connection.

You should also have a space with privacy from others, such as an office, your car, or other quiet space. Grocery shopping or eating dinner with family would not be recommended during sessions!
